B*tch is back... and no, I'm not talking about me - I'm talking about my lashes!

Well, I don't know about you - but I'm now entering my 6th week of lockdown. My roots are coming through quick and fast (don't worry hairdresser, I won't try and fix them myself!), and my individual lashes have well and truly come off.

It was a sad, sad day when the last straggling lash fell off. It was clinging on for dear life - but there was no helping it! I woke up in the morning and there it was... looking all sorry for itself on my pillow. I jumped up out of bed, looked in the mirror and felt like my identity had been taking away from me - I also forgot just how small my eyes looked without individual lashes.

Sounds dramatic doesn't it?! However, I've been having individual lashes now for just over 3 years, so looking in the mirror was like stepping back to late 2016. I automatically reached for my lash brush and realised, there were no lashes to brush... and for me, mascara just doesn't quite cut it.

So, I went back to my old roots and started looking through my strip lash collection. I have a whole box full of them! Cherry lashes, Ardell demi whispies, Eyelure lashes (pretty much every Eyelure lash number you can imagine!), but I just didn't like any of them. None were matching up to the Russian individual lashes I was used to having.

That's when I decided to start seeing what was new in the market and came across... drum roll please... Tatti Lashes! If you haven't been introduced to Tatti Lashes yet, then please take this as your formal introduction! I cannot even try to explain to you my excitement as I was scrolling through their website... beautiful lashes after beautiful lashes.

You also get a good feel of what the lashes will actually look like on, having models showcase the look with and without the lashes.

They have a great range too - everything you need from your simple classic lashes to full-on glam! As you can probably tell from reading this post, I prefer a more dramatic style lash, so after lots of browsing I finally decided on: B*itch is back and Rich AF. The price range is also very reasonable with lashes ranging from £8-£10, and remember - if you look after the lashes well you can reuse them.

The delivery service was also fantastic - they came next day through the post. As soon as I heard a package drop through the letterbox I was there with my flash wipes, ready to clean them down before excitedly trying them on for the first time.

And my goodness... I was not disappointed. They're so full and feathery to touch, the strip band is sturdy but also flexible enough to easily work with. They also come with their own little pot of glue (which please, if you haven't used strip lash glue before, please make sure you do a patch test).

As soon as I put them on, I felt like a brand new woman - I know, so dramatic right?! I went waltzing into the living room fluttering my lashes at my boyfriend. I think he was highly confused at first, but after finally figuring it out, he also agreed that they looked lovely - which for a boy to notice is a real result hehe!

So there you have it! I've found some strip lashes to get me through the rest of this lockdown. Thank goodness for Tatti Lashes... this B*tch is back!
